What We Do

We have been an official CrossFit affiliated facility since 2021, and are a part of the broader global CrossFit community.

CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, our facility is different to mainstream commercial gyms. We have minimal machines as we believe in training you to move your body naturally, not move your body around a machine. We use Olympic weights and barbells, pull up rigs, kettlebells, plyometric boxes, giant tyres for lifting, medicine balls, skipping ropes, dumbbells and other equipment that teach us to move our bodies functionally (naturally) rather than teach us to move on a machine.

Our facility is coached by qualified coaches with a wealth of qualifications, knowledge and training experience between them.

Each class is led by one of our qualified coaches who will ensure your technique is safe and your workout is effective. CrossFit is suitable for men and women of all ages and abilities and we all have a common goal – to be fitter today than we were yesterday.

Coach Sean

Coach Sean & owner of CrossFit Crawley.
Level 2 trainer, Gymnastics L1, Burgener L1 & Nutrition coach. Sean is a family man who loves spending time with his 6 year old daughter, wrestling and watching action movies. The monkey he most identifies with is the Golden Lion Tamarin

Coach SI

Coach SI Level 1 trainer & Level 1 Burgener L1.
Ex Army Comando Diver and physical training instructor. Coach Si loves a tap room that serves wings and busting a move whether it’s in a club or the middle of a WOD

Coach John

Coach John Level 2 coach, Burgener L1, Pregnancy and postpartum trainer.
John is a busy dad of 3 who currently works as an advanced clinic practitioner in cardiac surgery. “my favourite thing about coaching is teaching and troubleshooting to get the best outcome for our members”. In Johns spare time he has a niche hobby of steel and nail bending
